Renault has unveiled its latest addition to the electric and hybrid vehicle market with the Renault Symbioz, a compact SUV designed to cater to the needs of modern families. Positioned as an alternative to the all-electric Scenic E-Tech, the Symbioz offers a hybrid E-Tech engine with 145 HP, providing a practical solution for those not yet ready to commit to full electric or looking to manage costs effectively.

The name “Symbioz” derives from the Greek term “symbiosis,” meaning “living together,” reflecting Renault’s vision of harmony between the vehicle and its users. Nestled between the compact Captur and the larger Austral in terms of size and vehicle type, the Symbioz marks the fifth offering in Renault’s segment C lineup, joining the likes of the Mégane E-Tech Electric, the Scenic E-Tech, Austral, and Arkana.

Design and Features of the Renault Symbioz

As the compact SUV in Renault’s segment C lineup, the Symbioz embodies the brand’s latest design language, as seen in the recent restyling of the Captur.
