Forza Motorsport features over 500 cars

The reason there’s no “8” in the name of Forza Motorsport is because according to Turn 10 Studios, it represents a “generational leap.” For the first time, inheriting features introduced in Forza Horizon 4 and 5, Forza Motorsport has dynamic day and weather conditions that affect car handling, as well as track temperatures and surface conditions to make every lap different.

In the new game, you can drive more than 500 cars. There’s also the new career mode “Builder Cup” and the ability to play with friends in multiplayer mode. The cover stars for the game are the brand-new 2023 Cadillac Racing V-Series.R No. 01 and the 2024 Corvette E-Ray. Additionally, there are 5 new tracks never before seen in the series.

Forza Motorsport purposes races in 20 different environments with various track configurations at launch. Users can expect to find their favorite tracks from previous installments and five new locations, including Kyalami, the first South African track in Microsoft’s sim-racing world. Notably, there’s more detailed vegetation and tens of thousands of animated 3D spectators, each unique.

However, all vehicles are ustomizable with more than 800 upgrades and modifications. Moreover, all vehicles will have higher detail levels than any other game, with realistic damage, dirt accumulation, and unique characteristics for each vehicle.

Lastly, advanced physics mechanics enhance realism in car movement dynamics, including acceleration, braking, and cornering. Thanks to partnerships with Dolby Atmos and Windows Sonic, the cars and their modifications will have the most realistic sounds ever, with painstaking attention to audio details, including sounds recorded directly on the track.

Forza Motorsport remains a simcade game, a mix of a simulator and arcade-style driving, but it aims to take a significant step forward in realism, with a new driving model that’s more sophisticated than the previous one, dynamic weather like never before, and extreme realism in meteorological and climatic phenomena.
