Not just smartphones and tablets. Here we test everything related to technology, and the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is one of the most advanced cordless vacuums on the market.
Comfortable and customizable: it’s not so much the AI that makes it smart, but Samsung’s design itself, which makes it both beautiful and incredibly practical. Here’s how my test went.
Design, smart base, and a substantial upgrade
Compared to previous models, Samsung introduces a key improvement: a small motor inside the base that automatically closes the dustbin flap after emptying.

In the earlier version, the suction process would open the flap, and if you forgot to close it manually, you risked dumping everything you’d just vacuumed right back onto the floor. Now the system is fully automatic, eliminating one of the most common issues with cordless vacuums.

The main unit is sturdy and slightly top-heavy—since the motor and battery are located there—but it remains easy to handle.

The base attachment system allows for simultaneous charging and auto-emptying, a flawless process that activates each time the vacuum is docked. The roller even spins during the internal cleaning cycle to clear any trapped debris, such as compact dust or leaves.
Impressive power: up to 400W and a devastating Jet mode
In terms of performance, the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra delivers up to 400W of power in Jet mode—one of the highest levels ever seen on a cordless vacuum. Real-world tests prove it: the brush can literally lift a heavy rug using suction alone. This level of power has few competitors on the market.

Of course, Jet mode has an impact on battery life, reducing it to about 10 minutes. But the box includes a second battery and an additional charger: a combination that completely removes any range anxiety. Plus, the battery is removable and can be swapped in seconds.

Performance on floors, carpets… and even the balcony
In indoor testing, the Bespoke Ultra Super Plus performs flawlessly: crumbs, dust, and debris are collected quickly and cleanly. Carpet performance is equally impressive: the dedicated brush automatically reduces suction on textile surfaces and increases it again on hard floors. On smaller rugs, the vacuum tends to pull them around—expected, considering the suction power.

Surprisingly good results also came from an “out of context” test on the terrace, dealing with large leaves and heavier outdoor debris.

While it’s not designed for outdoor use, Jet mode still manages to pick up large leaves, which the roller almost shreds in the process. In 4–5 minutes, the result was surprisingly solid.
Samsung smart ecosystem: calls on the display and extensive customization
One of the most surprising advantages is the full integration with the Samsung ecosystem.

Once connected to Wi-Fi, you can:
- view charging status and battery percentage
- set the default suction power
- adjust the duration of the auto-emptying cycle
- check cleaning statistics
- receive calls and messages directly on the vacuum’s display

This last feature is genuinely useful: when vacuuming you often don’t hear your phone, but seeing the notification on the display means you won’t miss important calls. You can even enable a mode that automatically turns off the vacuum when a call comes in.
Advanced filtration and dust-free bag replacement
Both the base and the vacuum unit use HEPA filters capable of capturing 99.99% of particles above 0.3 microns—pollen, fine dust, and allergens. The dust bag is replaced with a simple lever, and the “anti-dust-burst” guillotine mechanism with a rubber seal ensures no dust escapes during removal.

- accessory holder
- crevice tool
- jointed attachment to tilt the tube 90° for high spots
