After a first launch on Nintendo Switch 2, Gear.Club Unlimited 3 is jumping to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation and PC this October, and the full achievement list is now out ahead of that wider launch.

Gear.Club Unlimited 3 Xbox release brings 26 achievements

Having launched exclusively on Switch 2 back in February, this third entry in the Gear.Club series, originally a smartphone focused franchise, arrives on Xbox with 26 achievements to collect and Xbox Play Anywhere support built in. Reception on Switch 2 landed somewhere in the middle, with an average critical score of 65 on Metacritic, though that’s still a step up from where the series left things on Xbox with 2021’s Gear.Club Unlimited 2 – Ultimate Edition, currently sitting at a fairly rough 2.71 out of 5 with the TrueAchievements community.

This latest entry reportedly still struggles with weak AI racers, some performance issues, and a lack of extra modes, including no online multiplayer. That said, the handling model appears to have improved for this third outing, and a new Duel race mode alongside a wide array of unlockables help the game feel a bit more substantial than its predecessor.

Gear.Club Unlimited 3 Story Mode anchors most of the list

The bulk of the achievement list ties directly into Story Mode, requiring players to clear all eight chapters and sit through the credits to unlock nine separate achievements along the way. Based on a few long play videos already out there, most players will have banked the 1,000,000 credits needed to afford a genuinely expensive car well before finishing the story, unlocking “Luxury on Wheels” naturally along the way, though reaching the full 10,000,000 credits needed for “Tycoon” will take considerably longer.

Beyond the story, there’s a decent spread of side challenges to keep things interesting. Sticking with a single car long enough to rack up 1,000 km unlocks “Loyal Steed,” finishing ten races with a full “Unlimited” score nets “Perfectionist,” and grazing past 1,000 vehicles in Highway Mode unlocks the appropriately named “Highway King.” Hitting 400 km/h at least once for “Light Speed” looks fairly achievable too, at least based on players already getting close in a Bugatti Mistral ’24, which looks like the car of choice for that one. The one that raises an eyebrow is “Hold the Pace,” which asks players to spend five minutes above 300 km/h in a single race, a target that’s very different depending on whether that’s five cumulative minutes or five minutes in one continuous stretch.
