Cupra is preparing to unveil the new 2026 Cupra Born, the brand’s first all-electric model, now reimagined with sharper styling, enhanced interior quality and upgraded technology. The refreshed model signals the next evolution of Cupra’s electric vision, combining emotional design with performance-focused engineering.
The world premiere is scheduled for March 5th at 10:00am CET.
A bolder expression of Cupra’s design DNA
The exterior of the new Cupra Born adopts the brand’s latest design language, giving the electric hatchback a more assertive and distinctive presence. At the front, triangular Matrix LED headlights create a sharper light signature, reinforcing the car’s technical and progressive character.
At the rear, an illuminated Cupra logo further enhances the visual impact, emphasizing width and modernity while strengthening brand identity. The overall design evolution underlines Cupra’s commitment to producing electric vehicles that are not only efficient, but emotionally engaging.
Elevated Interior Quality and Technology
Inside, the cabin has been refined to deliver a noticeably higher perceived quality. Materials, finishes and detailing have been enhanced to create a more premium and driver-focused environment.

Technology also takes a step forward, supporting a more connected and intuitive driving experience. The new Cupra Born continues to integrate advanced digital systems that complement its electric performance, ensuring that everyday usability and driving enjoyment go hand in hand.
Electrifying Performance at Its Core
As Cupra’s first fully electric model, the Born remains true to the brand’s performance-driven philosophy. The updated version promises to intensify every drive, combining instant electric torque with chassis tuning designed to maximize engagement.
The re-engineered model aims to strengthen its position within the competitive electric compact segment, offering a sharper, more emotional interpretation of sustainable mobility. Cupra should also have improved efficiency and the range in real-life conditions.
