McLaren Automotive is celebrating one of the most significant milestones in its Formula 1 history by unveiling an ultra-exclusive special edition: the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition. Created to commemorate McLaren Racing’s 10th Formula 1 World Constructors’ Championship—and a rare back-to-back world championship double—the model offers just ten McLaren clients the opportunity to own a tangible piece of the brand’s racing legacy.
A tribute to a championship-winning season
Strictly limited to only ten cars worldwide, the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition has been curated by McLaren Special Operations (MSO). The car honours McLaren’s full history of Constructors’ Championship victories, while placing a particular spotlight on the McLaren MCL39, the 2025 Formula 1 car that delivered the World Constructors’ Championship and carried Lando Norris to his maiden World Drivers’ Championship title.

The Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition features a striking, hand-painted livery that blends MSO Bespoke Myan Orange with Onyx Black, directly referencing McLaren’s 2025 championship-winning Formula 1 car.

Unique ‘10’ motifs appear on the bodywork, each incorporating ten stars and finely detailed outlines of every McLaren Formula 1 car to have won a Constructors’ Championship.

The exterior specification is further enhanced by the Black Pack, 10-spoke Super-Lightweight Dynamo forged alloy wheels in Gloss Black, Myan Orange brake calipers with Black McLaren logos, the Stealth Badge Pack, and a Sports Exhaust with Stealth finisher.
A cockpit rich in Formula 1 symbolism
Inside, MSO’s bespoke craftsmanship continues with a series of unique details. The interior is trimmed in Performance Carbon Black Alcantara and Jet Black Nappa Leather, accented with McLaren Vision Orange piping.

Exclusive touches include ‘10’ headrest embroidery in McLaren Orange, a Myan Orange painted 12 o’clock steering wheel marker with ‘10’ detail, and a Custom Casement Plaque on the centre console, underlining the car’s exclusivity.

The Extended Satin Carbon Fibre Sill Finishers are hand-signed by McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
Each car also features a Custom Track Record Plaque in the luggage compartment, listing McLaren’s wins, pole positions and fastest laps from the 2025 Formula 1 season. In addition, every owner will receive a hyper-exclusive 2025 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship collectors’ keepsake.
Success on road and track
The Championship Edition arrives during a landmark period not only for McLaren Racing, but also for the Artura range itself. In 2025, the McLaren Artura and Artura Spider reinforced their credentials as next-generation hybrid supercars.
Major industry recognition included being named Britain’s Best Driver’s Car at the 2025 Autocar Awards and Performance Car of the Year 2025 at the Auto Express New Car Awards.
