Qatar Airways delivered a show-stopping moment during the Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix weekend by unveiling a striking new Formula 1–inspired livery created by artist and producer Swizz Beatz. The airline transformed one of its Boeing 777s into a flying tribute to the world of motorsport, blending art, speed, and aviation in a single bold statement.

The special livery made its official debut on Saturday, coinciding with the Sprint Race at the Lusail International Circuit. In front of thousands of fans, the aircraft performed a celebratory flyover while select media and VIP guests enjoyed an exclusive preview inside the aircraft. Thanks to Starlink’s high-speed gate-to-gate Wi‑Fi, attendees could watch the live transmission of the flyover directly from onboard.

A Spectacle Filled With High-Profile Guests

The highlight of the weekend was the reveal event inside Qatar Airways’ hangar, where comedian Kevin Hart stole the show by appearing dressed as an F1 driver, mimicking dramatic “doughnuts” under the lights. The star-studded guest list included David Beckham, Jessica Alba, Novak Djokovic, Rio Ferdinand, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Swizz Beatz himself — a celebration of sport, entertainment, art, and design.
