Fiat has chosen an unusual way to introduce its newest models to the world. Instead of a typical reveal, the Italian brand released a short film built around a civil registry office, where a clerk is busy processing the paperwork for two new arrivals. Moments later, Fiat CEO Olivier Francois walks up to the counter to complete the process himself.
What starts as an everyday bureaucratic scene quickly turns into an impromptu test drive, with the two new models taking center stage. The video, shared by Francois on LinkedIn, was created to mark the brand’s 127th anniversary, and doubles as the official introduction of two new family focused SUVs joining Fiat’s global lineup.
Two SUVs, two takes on the family car
The stars of the video are Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback, a pair of models designed to expand Fiat’s offering for buyers looking for practical, everyday family transportation.

Grizzly measures 4.4 meters in length and has been built with a clear priority on space, comfort and everyday usability. Its sibling, Grizzly Fastback, grows slightly to 4.5 meters and adopts a sleeker, more dynamic silhouette, all while keeping generous interior room and a 600 liter boot.

Rather than offering a single formula, Fiat is using these two models to cover different tastes and priorities within the same family car philosophy, giving buyers a choice between a more traditional SUV shape and a sportier, coupe like profile.
Debuting in Paris, on sale before the end of 2026
Both models will be offered with a full range of powertrains, including petrol, mild hybrid and fully electric versions, with outputs reaching up to 145 horsepower. Depending on the market, buyers will be able to choose between manual and automatic transmissions, and each model will come in a choice of seven exterior colors.

The two SUVs will make their public debut at the Paris Motor Show this October, with sales set to begin in the final quarter of 2026.
