OnePlus is expanding its product lineup with a heavy emphasis on battery life and endurance. The OnePlus 15R debuts with the largest battery OnePlus has fitted in a phone to date — a 7,400 mAh cell — while the new budget-friendly tablet, the OnePlus Pad Go 2, arrives with an astonishing 10,050 mAh battery.

OnePlus is also launching the Pad Go 2 Stylo, the first stylus designed for the Pad Go lineup. Availability, pricing and regional variants will be announced by OnePlus at the official launch on December 17.

A new battery benchmark for OnePlus smartphones

The OnePlus 15R ships with a 7,400 mAh battery and supports OnePlus’ 80W SUPERVOOC fast-charging technology. OnePlus claims the battery will retain at least 80% capacity after four years of use. For context, the standard OnePlus 15 is equipped with a 7,300 mAh cell.

The 15R also makes use of Silicon Nanostack technology — a formulation with ~15% silicon in the anode — to boost energy density without sacrificing efficiency.

The OnePlus 15R matches the OnePlus 15 on several headline features. It supports 4K video recording at 120 fps, a capability that remains uncommon in mainstream handsets. The phone’s 165 Hz 1.5K AMOLED display has earned TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care 5.0 certification, promising crisp visuals and reduced eye strain.

OnePlus is also pushing AI-forward features via Plus Mind. The new Plus Key lets users save content instantly; Plus Mind then analyzes saved items and can act on them later — for example, generating calendar invites or surfacing related information when needed.

OnePlus Pad Go 2: endurance and long standby

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 targets users who want long-lasting battery life and reliable performance. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra octa-core chipset built on a 4 nm process, OnePlus says the tablet will deliver a smooth experience for up to four years, a claim verified through TÜV SÜD fluency tests.

Its 10,050 mAh battery supports 33W SUPERVOOC charging and offers up to 15 hours of video playback, 53 hours of music playback, or as much as 60 days of standby time. The tablet also supports reverse wired charging to top up other devices in an emergency.

OnePlus is introducing the Pad Go 2 Stylo, the first stylus compatible with a Pad Go device. Built for precision notes and creative work, the stylus also features super-fast charging: 10 minutes of charge is claimed to provide roughly half a day of use.

Watch Lite and Aqua Touch

Alongside the phone and tablet, OnePlus will unveil the OnePlus Watch Lite on the same date. The Watch Lite includes Aqua Touch technology, which allows the screen to remain responsive even when wet — a practical feature for active users.
