The upcoming OnePlus 13s is shaping up to be one of the most interesting smartphones of 2025, especially for those who want top-tier performance in a compact form.
Essentially a rebranded version of the Chinese OnePlus 13T, the 13s has now been officially announced for the Indian market and is expected to arrive in Europe, including Denmark, in May or June.
OnePlus 13s design: minimal and eye-catching
While the internal hardware is grabbing the most attention, OnePlus has not neglected design. The 13s features a square-shaped camera module—a departure from the circular ones on previous models—and introduces a bold new pink color variant dubbed Heart-pounding Pink, alongside Morning Mist Gray and Cloudy Ink Black. Despite its high-performance internals, the device remains relatively compact, measuring just 150.81 x 71.70 x 8.15 mm and weighing 185 grams.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 13s is powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite, Qualcomm’s fastest and most efficient chipset yet, built on a 3 nm process. It’s paired with LPDDR5X RAM (up to 16 GB) and UFS 4.0 storage (up to 1 TB), promising blazing-fast performance and seamless multitasking.
One of the highlights is its 6,200 mAh silicon-carbon battery, a significant upgrade in both capacity and longevity compared to typical flagship devices. It supports 80W wired charging, ensuring rapid top-ups.
Display and multimedia Experience
The phone sports a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (1200p), a variable refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, and full DCI-P3 color gamut support. With peak brightness of 1,600 nits and ultra-thin bezels (screen-to-body ratio over 94%), the panel is built for a rich and immersive viewing experience. It’s also perfectly flat—something many users still prefer over curved edges.
The OnePlus 13s doesn’t cut corners on the camera front:
- 50 MP main sensor with a 6-element lens, f/1.8 aperture, and OIS.
- 50 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, 4x in-sensor zoom, and f/2.0 lens.
- 16 MP front camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
While the core specs may sound familiar, OnePlus promises significant improvements in image processing and clarity—particularly in low light and zoom capabilities.

The 13s includes top-tier connectivity options such as 5G mmWave/Sub-6, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, and NFC. It runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, offering a clean and fast user experience with the latest Google features.
Launch and Availability of the new OnePlus 13s
Currently confirmed for the Indian market, the OnePlus 13s is expected to roll out to other regions in the coming weeks. A European debut—likely under the same name—is anticipated by late May or June, just in time for summer.
Though pricing details remain under wraps for Europe, industry speculation suggests it will land in the €699–€749 range depending on the configuration, positioning it as a serious contender among premium Android smartphones.
