Lynk & Co has unveiled the Model Year 2027 update for the 02, bringing a series of targeted refinements developed directly from real-world user feedback. The MY27 does not reinvent the car but meaningfully evolves it, making the on-board experience more intuitive, more comfortable and more engaging while preserving the distinctive design and performance that define the model.

A new look outside, a better feel inside

The most immediately visible change for MY27 is the addition of Onyx Black, a new exterior colour that lends the 02 a sharper, more refined road presence without straying from its bold character.

Step inside and the improvements are equally tangible. New microfibre trim on the dashboard and door panels raises both the perceived quality and the tactile comfort of the cabin, creating a noticeably more premium atmosphere. The redesigned centre console addresses a practical need, offering more storage space and a tidier layout for everyday driving. Completing the interior updates are the signature yellow seatbelts, a detail that reinforces the 02’s personality and sets it apart from more conventional alternatives.

Faster, more personal digital experience

The MY27 also brings meaningful upgrades to the car’s software and digital layer. Faster system startup means the 02 is ready almost immediately upon entry, eliminating the brief wait that some users had noted.

New personalised driver profiles make it easier to configure preferences from the very first use, while frequently accessed functions such as the heated steering wheel are now more directly reachable, improving day-to-day usability.

Hey Honk and Game Link

Two new features add a more playful dimension to ownership. Hey Honk allows drivers to interact with their surroundings through the car’s speakers using a selection of custom sounds including Applause, Excuse Me and Bye Bye. Game Link, meanwhile, lets occupants use the central display for gaming sessions while the car is parked, turning downtime into entertainment.

The Lynk & Co 02 MY27 forms part of the brand’s continued expansion across Europe and its ongoing commitment to refining the product range based on how customers actually use their cars.
