Ford is once again targeting Danish families with extra space needs. Following an earlier price cut on the E-Tourneo Custom, the brand has now rolled out a dedicated private leasing deal on the fully electric premium minibus, aiming to put its eight seat layout within reach of more families.
Ford E-Tourneo Custom leasing: three deposit options on Titanium X
Private leasing is available on the range topping Titanium X trim, in rear wheel drive, long wheelbase L2 form, a genuinely spacious layout with room for the whole family plus luggage. Three packages are on offer, differing by how large a deposit buyers choose to put down.
The cheapest monthly rate comes with the largest deposit of 49,995 kr, bringing the monthly payment down to just 4,145 kr for a fully equipped, electric eight seat luxury minibus. For anyone wanting to get behind the wheel with the smallest possible deposit instead, a 14,995 kr deposit brings the monthly rate to 5,295 kr, putting the total upfront cost for a luxury minibus built for adventure at 20,290 kr.
E-Tourneo Custom Titanium X specs and mileage flexibility
Buyers who need more annual mileage can adjust their plan in 5,000 km increments, starting from 350 kr per month, giving families with higher driving needs a workable option too. The cheapest package offering a full 20,000 km per year combines the 49,995 kr deposit with extra mileage, bringing the total monthly cost to 4,895 kr, still, according to Ford, the best combination of space and price on the market.
More car for the money against the competition
Electric family MPVs have genuinely taken off among Danish families, with many opting for private leasing specifically when shopping for a new family car. Ford points out that, compared against the best equipped version of the segment’s most popular rival, the E-Tourneo Custom Titanium X (L2) comes out noticeably cheaper on private leasing, regardless of which deposit level a buyer chooses.
For plenty of families with children, tying up a large sum in a new car upfront isn’t really the priority. What matters more is knowing fixed monthly costs in advance, so the rest of the budget can go toward what counts most: family time and experiences. Several voices within the leasing industry have pointed to exactly that predictability as something families with children particularly value, since a fixed monthly payment brings a sense of calm and clarity to an already busy household budget.
Eight seat electric minibus family space, built in
The E-Tourneo Custom is built around active family life, whether that means the daily school and football pickup run, a big weekend shopping trip, or a spontaneous adventure with the boot packed to the roof. With room for up to eight, a flexible layout and a genuinely large boot, the car targets families needing more space than most electric cars currently offer.

Rows two and three are wide enough to fit multiple child seats side by side, with ISOFIX mounts across several positions making it straightforward to strap in both younger and older children securely. The tall cabin and wide door openings also make it easier for kids to climb in and out unassisted, without parents needing to bend awkwardly or wrestle a heavy child seat through a tight opening.
All the seats across rows two and three can be removed entirely, and the remaining seats can be repositioned and flipped as needed, letting the layout adapt to whatever the family needs at any given moment, whether that’s carrying eight people or maximising cargo space. With every seat in place, there’s still plenty of room for luggage, while removing the rear seats turns the boot into a huge, flat load area, ideal for furniture, bikes, camping gear or anything else that needs to move in a single trip.

That flexibility pays off beyond everyday family use too. During weekends or weeks when the kids might be with the other parent, the same large, adaptable space opens up entirely different possibilities: a trip with friends, a mountain biking outing to the forest, or simply the urge to pack up and head out on an adventure with no fixed plan. With the seats removed, there’s ample room for bikes, gear and luggage, and possibly even a mattress for an unplanned overnight stop along the way.
Safety systems and Ford’s warranty coverage
The E-Tourneo Custom Titanium X comes equipped with modern safety systems supporting everyday driving, including adaptive cruise control, Pre-Collision Assist with automatic emergency braking, and lane keeping assistance, all aimed at helping prevent accidents before they happen. ISOFIX mounts across the second and third rows, combined with generous space for child seats, help make life easier and safer for the whole family.
Leasing the E-Tourneo Custom also comes with the reassurance built into every new Ford EV: a 5 year warranty, made up of 2 years of factory warranty followed by 3 years of Ford Protect coverage up to 150,000 km, alongside an 8 year battery warranty covering the high voltage battery up to 160,000 km. The E-Tourneo Custom is also part of Ford’s European production network, developed and built specifically for the European market, with customers gaining access to one of Denmark’s broadest and most established dealer networks for service and support nationwide.
