These enhancements are designed to deliver longer range, improved functionality, and a more refined driving experience.
Model 3 Improvements
The changes for the Model 3 begin with a new forward-facing camera integrated into the front bumper. This addition expands the driver’s view of the surroundings directly on the touchscreen and is equipped with a washer and heating system to prevent fogging and ensure a clear image in all weather conditions. Another improvement comes with a newly designed turn-signal stalk, created for easier, more precise control while driving.

The most significant upgrade is found in the battery packs. Featuring cells with higher energy density, the packs now provide more power and, combined with Tesla’s industry-leading efficiency, enable greater range across all Model 3 variants.
The rear-wheel drive version now offers up to 520 km WLTP with 19-inch wheels, or an estimated 554 km with standard 18-inch wheels, compared to the previous 513 kilometers. The Long Range rear-wheel drive variant reaches up to 750 km with 18-inch wheels, a clear jump from the earlier 702 kilometers. The Long Range all-wheel drive version now delivers up to 716 km with 18-inch wheels versus 678 kilometers before. Even the Model 3 Performance has seen an upgrade, now capable of 571 km with 20-inch wheels, compared to 528 kilometers previously.
Model Y Enhancements
The Model Y also benefits from these advancements, particularly the Long Range all-wheel drive version. Thanks to the same upgraded battery packs, this variant now offers an estimated 629 km of range with 19-inch wheels, up from the earlier 586 kilometers.
